Pale rosé in colour, this Portuguese wine is crafted from classic grapes, including Caiño tinto, Vinhão and Amaral. These grapes perfectly capture the essence of the vineyard s terroir. This wine boasts a bouquet of luscious red berry notes, whilst on the palate it is light and fruity with an impeccable balance of acidity. Encostas do Minho pairs especially well with light salads and seafood. This incredible rosé is produced by one of the oldest and most traditional companies in the Vinho Verde region of Portugal, on a magnificent 60 hectares of vineyards.
